The Challenge
The Vancouver Clinic (TVC), the largest private multispecialty clinic in Clark County, Washington, was losing daily coverage under a large national vendor. On any given day, up to 20% of shifts went unfilled, new providers waited six months or more for support, and training was short and inconsistent. Providers were left carrying documentation themselves, and after years of unresolved service concerns, TVC made the switch to Scribe-X.

What Scribe-X Put in Place
Scribe-X rebuilt the program from the ground up. Every provider in the program moved to remote support from trained Remote Medical Scribes working in real time, directly in TVC's EHR. Training materials were built from one-on-one interviews with providers and clinic leadership, existing team members were retrained and retested for up to eight weeks, and pairings were matched for fit and continuity.
Schedules were set two to three months in advance with a documented backup plan behind every one. Today, that support runs on the Scribe-X Clinical Intelligence Platform, a stronger foundation for service consistency, workflow visibility, and provider-specific adaptability behind the partnership customers already trust.
